Residential Property Paralegal.
Top tier law firm requires additional paralegal to join its busy property team based in Exeter.
In this role you will assist on residential conveyancing matters, advising private developers on the sale of new build properties.
You will handle as much of the transaction as you can, with full supervision where necessary. Above all you will have proven experience giving a first class service to all clients you liaise with.
To apply for this role you should have at least 6 months experience from another law firm, working in the property department. Residential or commercial property experience is essential.
You will be rewarded with a fantastic salary up to £20k, and will be encouraged to develop your experience through the various development plans and options on offer.
Those with LLb and LPC qualifications (+ prior property experience) are encouraged to apply.
