THE ROLE – REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL – LIVERPOOL
THE BRIEF – On behalf of Taylor Wessing, G2 Legal is retained to recruit Real Estate Paralegals to work from the new Liverpool office in the heart of the city.
You will work from the Liverpool office as part of the wider real estate team in London alongside partners, associates, trainee solicitors and PSL’s. The real estate team is one of the most wide ranging in the UK and is recognised as a leader in undertaking work across the whole real estate sector.
Areas of focus include:

- Managing redemptions
- Drafting Transfers and ancillary sale documentation
