Childcare Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join North East Local Authority.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including but not limited to;

• Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
• Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
• Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

The ideal candidate for the Childcare Lawyer role will be available to start immediately, with the option of part-time or full-time working hours. Along with previous experience gained within the public or private sector.
