Successful London based law firm is looking to hire a new Service Desk Analyst to assist personnel in multiple London office locations, offering a first class service, dealing with incidents and requests as necessary.  The role will encompass both 1st and 2nd line support activities, and responsibilities will include capturing, logging and dealing with calls, gathering information to resolve incidents, maintaining records and advising relevant personnel of all actions taken, creating support documentation, proactively looking to improve processes, investigating problems with in-house systems and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.  Candidates should have previous experience working within a law firm, must have extensive experience using Windows and Microsoft Office and it’s essential to have advanced written, oral, communication and analytical skills.  Applicants who are MOS qualified would be advantageous, while having the ITIL foundation is essential.
