Sacco Mann has been instructed on a fantastic opening for a Commercial Property Fee Earner with a highly regarded Doncaster based firm, within their growing Commercial Property team. If you're a Chartered Legal Executive or a Fee Earner who has past experience of working in commercial property, then look no further, as this role could be the perfect fit for you.
The role:
As a Commercial Property Fee Earner your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Running your own caseload;
Dealing with a range of matters including sale, purchase and lease, leasehold management, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals and many more;
Providing close support to the head of the Property team on their more complex cases;
Actively promoting your small and close knit team, and the firm as a whole;
Communicating well with, and providing excellent assistance to, people of all levels.
The candidate:
The successful candidate should have past experience working in Commercial Property, and a candidate with experience running a broad caseload would be viewed particularly favourably. It is also required that you have excellent communication skills with clients, both by telephone and face-to-face, and approach all of your work in a professional and positive manner.
