Banking Lawyer
A national Legal 500 rated law firm are looking for an NQ / graduate Banking Lawyer to join their Birmingham team for a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities of your new role
As the new Banking Lawyer, you will enjoy a consistent stream of varied Banking work with responsibilities including:
- Acting for financial institutions and lenders on a range of acquisition finance, property finance and leverage finance matters;
- Working closely with their Corporate colleagues so there will be plenty of interaction with solicitors in other teams at the firm; and
- Networking and business development involvement from day one.
The work is excellent quality and you will be given full training and support.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
The firm is keen to speak with NQ Lawyers who demonstrate:
- A previous seat in Banking or a heavily transactional training contract; and
- Genuine passion and interest in Banking and Finance law.
Salary
The successful Banking Lawyer will be offered a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £42,000, dependent on experience.
