Working for Clarion you will be joining a Law firm that ‘offers more’. This top 200 Yorkshire firm are looking for an exceptionally well-presented professional Executive Assistant who is able to stay calm under pressure and has an excellent eye for detail. 

Reporting to the Joint Managing Partner, one of the leading insolvency lawyers in Leeds, whose energetic and enigmatic personality means he is often in demand at events across Yorkshire will enable your creativity to thrive organising his incredibly busy and ever-changing schedule.

As an Ambassador for Clarion you will regularly liaise with key stakeholders and clients therefore it is essential that you are highly skilled at building and maintaining relationships with fantastic verbal and written communication.

With a strong educational background, you will have a mature, calm and diplomatic nature, which will assist you in dealing with conflicting priorities, complex diary management and be able to make decisions when the Partner is unavailable, and you must work independently. Passionate about delivering results you will enjoy producing a high standard of work under pressure.

As a professional EA with many years’ experience your positive approach to problem solving will ensure you are an asset to the team, playing your part in enabling major projects to run smoothly. Key initiatives will need your support when decisions need to be made and this will require a level of tact and diplomacy.
