Conveyancing Assistant

My client are an established and well-respected firm in Liverpool and they are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join the hard-working team.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will be supporting the Fee Earners on their mixed caseloads of conveyancing files to include Sales and Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold files from start to completion. You will be liasing with the clients daily ensuring you are keeping them up to date with their files whilst ensuring you are providing the best quality service.

For this role, the ideal candidate should be able demonstrate the following:

- at least 6 months experience in a Conveyancing Assistant role handling a variety of conveyancing files
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- efficient time management skills
- ability to commute to the Liverpool office on a daily basis
