Residential Conveyancer

Are you an experience Residential Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity in the West Midlands?

We are working alongside a long-standing, well established regional firm in Lichfield to find an experienced Residential Conveyancer for their team. The firm are searching for someone with around 10 years' experience in a similar role, who can work effectively without supervision across all aspects of residential property.

The firm are experts in four areas of law; residential property, leasehold reform, commercial property and private client. Due to this, the firm are continually engrossed in high-quality, concise work. Therefore, your case load will cover the full range of property matters including but not limited to:

• Sales and Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Land Charges
• Transfers of Equity
• New build homes

Any successful Residential Conveyancer application should be able to demonstrate:

• Around 10 years' experience in a similar role
• A proven history of taking instructions from clients for a wide variety of residential property transactions
• The ability to liaise with a range of clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
• The ability to deputise for other members of the team when required
