We have an exciting opportunity to join a new team which will be responsible for delivering document services to a new client at Integreon.  Based in our modern central Bristol office, this is an opportunity to get involved from the outset of our service delivery and help create a dedicated team.  This is a permanent full time position working 37.5 hours per week. We envisage shifts within the team will need to cover the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the client.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices.

Core position expectations are as follows:

• Typing, reviewing or completing word processing requests as assigned by Team Leader/Workflow Coordinator (WFC).
• Transcribing client documents using Integreon’s digital dictation system.
• Consistently meeting quality and process standards and expectations as identified by the organisation and specific to each project.
• Reviewing other specialist’s work to ensure quality, process standards, and expectations for projects have been met.
• Assist other Associates with questions and troubleshooting projects.
• Updating WFC on project status.
• Accurately recording time and project notes for all projects assigned.

Previous experience:

• 3 years customer service or administration experience.
• A working knowledge of document production practices and technologies is desirable although not essential as full and extensive training will be provided.

These new positions may suit candidates who have experience working as Administrative or Executive Assistants and experience dealing with Word documents.
