Employment Legal Executive/ Paralegal - Bristol

Exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join a highly reputable law firm.

Our client is seeking a Legal Executive or Paralegal to join their growing Employment team in Bristol.

The role will involve: working on a wide variety of litigation matters both in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal acting for both employees and employers, exposure to a range of complex legal issues including discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and other contractual claims. You will also be advising commercial clients on non contentious matters including drafting of staff handbooks, contracts of employments and advising on internal matters such as grievances and disciplinaries.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least one years' employment law experience.
