BCL Legal is working alongside a top 75 UK law firm, seeking to recruit a real estate lawyer to join their award winning real estate team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level real estate lawyer to take on an existing caseload of high profile, complex and interesting real estate work across a range sectors for clients throughout the UK and internationally.

The work undertaken by real estate lawyer joining this team will include:

* Corporate occupiers.
* Infrastructure.
* Development.
* Complex transactions and restructurings.
* Re-financing and investment.
* Portfolio management.

As part of a 60+ national team of real estate lawyers, the successful real estate lawyer joining this team will have fantastic support across the office and the firm. Each real estate lawyer joining this team will have a bespoke progression and development plan laid out, with your career aspirations at the forefront.

Real estate lawyers applying for this position should be able to display:

* A minimum of five years post-qualified experience in real estate.
* A background with a reputable regional or national UK practice.
* A strong academic background.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
