The finance practice of this US firm enjoys an incredibly strong reputation in the market, particularly for the work it does in the energy sector.
This opportunity is to work alongside an individual who is highly commended by the legal directories. Candidates will have enjoyed at least 3 years' broad banking exposure including, by way of example, project and leveraged finance work. Previous experience of oil and gas work will be a plus.
Banking solicitor candidates will be available to start immediately or within the next month or two.
