Conveyancing Solicitor.
Due to continued expansion, a well established law firm based in Crewe is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Residential Conveyancer to join their residential property department.
The firm are full service with several offices in the region and you'll be joining a close knit team and will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion with the aid of a case management system.
You will likely be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 4 years experience in handling your own caseload (Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with demonstrable experience also considered). You must have gained exposure to the full range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, shared ownerships and new builds.
You'll be taking over from a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor who is due to go on maternity leave in early 2019 and upon her return, you'll work alongside her on a variety of quality property transactions as the firm continues to grow.
The firms offices are ideally situated close to transport links in Crewe and have on site parking.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £40,000 and clear career progression for the right person.
