Banking Solicitor
A mid-size London firm is currently looking to hire a junior banking solicitor for a broad banking and finance role.
The banking team in London acts for both lenders (which include retail banks, private banks and bridging finance providers) and borrowers (which include private individuals, property developers and investors, corporates and hotels). The banking team also works with alternative investment houses such as hedge funds on innovative financing transactions, many of which have an international aspect.
A general banking lawyer here can expect to be involved in a broad range of matters from acquisition finance, asset finance, art finance, financial services, leasing, project finance, property and development finance, and trade finance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their banking experience quite broadly.
Junior lawyers including those that are newly qualified, with strong academics and training from a peer firm would be well suited to this role.
