Our client a leading UK Charity is seeking a General Counsel & Company Secretary to head up and lead their legal team and the organisation strategically.
The role
If you are an experienced Senior Counsel/Head of Legal or General Counsel looking to step up into a challenging hands on role, or to move into a heart-warming and rewarding sector, this could be the role for you.
You will provide pragmatic, high quality legal, commercial and leadership advice for all aspects of the charity's affairs. You will be a senior leader who can contribute to the direction and success of the charity.
This is a broad in house role. You will be responsible for corporate governance, management of risk and compliance, deal with commercial, regulatory, and data protection requirements amongst others.
