Property Solicitor (5 PQE +)

An excellent Property opportunity with significant career potential at a high-quality Regional firm.

You will need a solid grounding in Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing including development experience and with minimum 5 years PQE, as you will be a key part of the highly successful team.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non contentious real estate transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases. There will also be an element of Residential Conveyancing involved.
