Real Estate Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in Bristol’s City Centre who are seeking a high calibre, enthusiastic paralegal to join their commercial real estate department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the real estate team and as such will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Day to day duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following; providing first drafts of transfers, leases and licences, conducting due diligence, reviewing property searches and title documents, carrying out legal research and liaising with clients and third parties amongst various other duties.

Candidates must have completed their LPC and be able to demonstrate a strong academic profile. Previous property experience as a Paralegal is also required.
