Team Manager RTA
Merseyside
My client are recruiting for an RTA Team Manager to provide support and guidance on technical issues including; quantum, liability and litigation on fast track portal and multi track cases. The RTA Team manager will have the responsibility of distributing and monitoring work along with managing performance within the team and the business. You will conduct and document 1-1's and reviews ensuring your team delivers on KPI's and customer service.
The RTA Team Manager will be a Qualified Solicitor or FCilex and possess 5 years minimum of experience in a similar position. You will be of commercial mind and seize opportunities for the firm, performance and motivate your team.
