Legal Counsel - Dubai

Our client is a growing energy and utilities company which delivers resource management solutions globally.

Reporting to the General Counsel of the Middle East, you will be involved in a range of duties. This will include drafting, negotiating and implementing contractual and legal solutions for the GCC region such as MOUs, NDAs, bid review process, purchasing and subcontracting. Handling company secretarial matters for affiliates, overseeing corporate governance and compliance programs locally and analyse local laws and regulations developing local legal expertise in the region.

Role Requirements;

• UAE national.
• 1-5 years PQE*.
• Fluent English, written and oral.
• In-house or Private practice experience
• Strong drafting skills.
• Capable of working in a foreign or multicultural environment.
• A background in infrastructure or utility sector is desirable.
