A global food catering and management services company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their Dublin office.
This role will predominantly focus on general corporate and commercial advice however the successful candidate will also be required to advise on a variety of topics including IP/IT, company law, property law, data privacy, potentially acquisitions and general compliance relevant to the business. In addition to broad experience and legal training, the role will involve engagement with senior stakeholders within the business up to and including main board level.
They are looking for a junior lawyer (NQ-3yrs PQE) with strong Corporate and/or Commercial experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take ownership of the role and integrate within the business across divisions.
