RTA Fee Earner

Are you a Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner/paralegal with a minimum of two years claimant RTA experience? Are you looking to further your legal career within a successful and specialist firm focusing primarily on personal injury, criminal injury and RTA claims?

You should have extensive experience handling your own RTA personal injury volume fast track claims caseload. You should also have strong litigation as well as portal experience and be happy to both litigate and complete portal work. Handling a caseload of up to 180 RTA files and up to 80 CICA personal injury files, you should be comfortable working in both a high volume and high quality team.
