Legal 500 firm are offering an exciting opportunity for an experience fee-earner Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work within their well established Commercial Property team based in Guildford.
The team handle a comprehensive range of real estate transactions especially commercial and residential developments, leasing matters and finance, as well as sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and property management services. Their clients range from independent high street retailers, independent clients, SME developers, and investor clients to residents' associations.
Your duties will include supporting a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with a number of cases involving: assisting with collating, preparing and drafting documents. Please note you will be working in a busy team environment working to tight deadlines, and this requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
