Commercial Solicitor

I am looking for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a commercial contracts team in a well established private practice based in Leicester city centre.

This great private practice have an established commercial team and are well known across the East Midlands. The role is offered on an initial 3-6 month contract, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of areas of practice, but the role will primarily focus upon commercial law with an emphasis on negotiating and agreeing commercial contracts.

Duties of the role will include reviewing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts, including agency agreements, distribution agreements, contracts for the supply and purchase of a wide range of goods and services, including framework agreements, outsourcing agreements and standard terms and conditions of business.

To be considered for the role, you must be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years PQE in commercial contracts.
