HR Manager, Business Services - permanent

Our client, a large global law firm, is offering an experienced HR professional a fantastic opportunity to join their world class HR team. Operating within this respected HR team, your role will be to provide advice and guidance on HR programmes, policies and practices, resolve queries and deliver first-class customer service to colleagues across our international office network.

You will ideally be an existing HR Manager within the legal industry or professional services and possess the following experience:

• Confident in assuming complete responsibility for identifying and addressing issues.
• Excellent experience and confidence in dealing with ER/grievance issues and comfortable in providing commercial and practical advice.
• Strong HR generalist experience in managing end to end cyclical processes; building long term partnering relationships with stakeholders and providing strong guidance to client group
• Able to demonstrate professional credibility with senior stakeholders
• The successful candidate will be used to working within a fast paced environment where you are able to prioritise your workload and that of your team.
• Must have excellent people management experience.
• Strong team player with a sense of humour
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Educated to degree level
