My client, a forward thinking and innovative international law firm, is seeking an EMEA Benefits Manager to join its fantastic team and to contribute to the wider Global benefit strategy.
Role Summary
The EMEA Benefits Manager is accountable for the administration, implementation and communication of EMEA local office and regional benefit programs and policies to ensure they are in line with the Firm’s Global benefit strategy.
You will work with the Benefits Senior Manager to identify and implement activities which will move the Firm towards a consistent level of offering from a country and regional perspective. The objective is to propose new ways of structuring, managing, processing and communicating with a view to maximising cost efficiencies, improving employee understanding and contributing towards our employee value proposition.
Ideal Experience and Skills:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Significant benefits experience in a fast growth and performance driven culture.
- Sound and demonstrable knowledge of benefit plan requirements across EMEA with the ability to apply these comprehensively with a sharp focus on compliance, operational effectiveness and vendor management, ideally gained in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Broad mix of prior benefits experience including pensions in design, policy, management and communication.
- Highly adaptive to change, agile with high energy in a fast paced environment.
- Proven project management experience, with strong organizational and analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player, with a focus on client service delivery and the ability to build relationships and credibility across the business.
- A self-starter, able to drive and deliver output with a high degree of autonomy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is either an existing manager looking for a new challenge or a senior advisor looking for their first Manager role. The key requirement at either level is the necessary EMEA wide benefits knowledge and experience.
