THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal - RTA
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: £14,000 - £17,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Around 6 months or more pre-litigated RTA experience and knowledge of the MOJ Portal, from either a claimant or defendant background.

YOUR PART IN A FRIENDLY, FOCUSED AND DYNAMIC TEAM

Pre-litigation personal injury paralegals within the defendant insurance RTA team perform a valuable function in handling claims through the MOJ Portal. They also assist the more experienced fee earners where necessary, thus providing a crucial fee earning and support network throughout the team.

The role is designed to encourage you to grow your own case load as well as receiving training on the firm’s tailored training program and their own case management systems.  

REQUIREMENTS FO THE ROLE

Ideally, you will have around 6 months or more experience working in defendant insurance firm, though claimant candidates are also encouraged to apply. You will have experience of the MOJ Portal, a solid academic background and a desire to progress and develop your insurance career.
