Court of Protection Paralegal - Spalding

An opportunity has come up for a paralegal to join one of Lincolnshires most prestigious law firms.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a private client team, ideally with experience of court of protection work. You will be a clear communicator and will be highly personable in order to provide a friendly service to the departments clients.

Your role will include fee earning tasks such as producing legal documents and letters, drafting financial statements, undertaking legal research, making and receiving telephone calls to clients to keep them updates and offer advice in terms of their matters. In addition to this you will also be expected to provide admin support to the lawyers working in this specialist team.
