We have a rare opening for a head of a department at a renowned London based firm who are now seeking a talented property solicitor with comprehensive experience in both residential and commercial as well as landlord and tenant matters.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded practice facilitating the growth of this CQS accredited and fast-expanding firm. The position could lead to a partnership in the next two to three years for the successful property solicitor.
Responsibilities
• Manage own caseload
• Promote high-quality service
• Fair work allocation
• Taking instructions for other departments
• Attending and contributing to board meetings
• Keeping up to date with developments in your specialist field
• Attending internal and external meetings
• Preparing contracts and liaising with other property professionals
• Undertaking additional duties as required
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Solid expertise in residential and commercial as well as landlord and tenant matters is essential
• With a proven track record in business development
• Excellent client care skills and strong leadership strengths
• Highly personable with effective relationships building abilities both internally and externally will be positively beneficial
• Technically able and commercially aware
• Able to organise your workload whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy
• Conversant with meeting yearly financial targets
