Marketing Executive - brand new role!

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a high performing US law firm in their marketing team. This is a newly created role and you will really get to make your mark as you will be working directly with the head of BD and Marketing for the London office.    This is an ideal role for a high performing administrator or assistant to take the next step and really push your career forward!  With the added bonus of travel to the US offices this a role that will not be around for long!

Your duties will centre around supporting all marketing activities for the London based lawyers and you will be pivotal in driving the BD activity and execution of marketing efforts.    The role will predominately involve event management which will include seminars, client hosting such as dinners, award ceremonies and managing the internal training for the London office.  You will also lead the activities in relation to ensuring the firm's website is maintained, literature including articles and submissions are written in line with firm strategy and managing the CRM database, managing the social media presence and monitoring

This is a very varied and full role and you must enjoy being hands on with administration as well as leading initiatives and projects.

Salary of £35-40k per annum and on a permanent basis.
