Position Objective
Ideally candidates will have experience of producing accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices in either a document production or legal secretary/PA environment.
Keen to be flexible and in possession of excellent MS Office skills.

- Work within established processes to efficiently deliver accurate work within agreed deadlines.

Position Expectations
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Digital/copy typing of general correspondence with a typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy under time pressures and constraints.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter approach.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Audio transcription at a speed of 3 to 1 (3x length of audio) with 98% accuracy.

- Motivation to continually improve core software-skills, to meet and accommodate the client's changing requirements.

Previous Experience
- At least 3 years' previous document production/legal secretary experience in a professional service environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
Professional/Educational Qualification
Excellent oral and written English skills
Hours of Work:
Day shift – 7:30-15:30
Evening shift – 15:30-23:30 (Night Shift allowance)
