Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a well established, multi site firm of Solicitors with an excellent reputation within the South Yorkshire area. 

You will be joining the Dispute Resolution team (based in Doncaster) and will be supporting Fee Earners at all levels within both Commercial and Civil Dispute Resolution. 

Duties will include;

-    Providing comprehensive secretarial support 
-    Audio and copy typing general correspondence, reports and legal documents
-    Amending and formatting legal documents
-    Preparing bundles
-    Sending and receiving company emails
-    Diary management
-    Organising meetings and appointments 
-    Billing client files 
-    Answering and screening incoming telephone calls 

To be considered for this role you should have previous experience gained working as a Legal Secretary within Dispute Resolution, have excellent copy and audio typing speeds and have a passion for providing high standards of client care.
