The Role

The firm are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join the firm in their modern City of London office.

You will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes SME right up to well-known National companies across a number of industry sectors. You will join a friendly, professional and dynamic team.

You will deal with a Real Estate caseload which will focus on projects & infrastructure including but not be limited to; dealing with projects from conception through to consent, development, funding, commissioning, operations and exits. The client has strong track record with energy & social infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience of projects & infrastructure work is a must
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge
• You will have a "can do" attitude and be a first-class communicator
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
