A position for a Paralegal in one of the leading UK Law firms Commercial Property teams has become available! This is one of the largest teams in this sector throughout the UK. If you have previous experience working as a Paralegal in a Commercial Property team, we want to hear from you.

Key Paralegal duties will include:

• Draft and prepare claim forms.
• Manage a number of deadlines at one time.
• Liaise with third parties to ensure everything has been collected.
• Assist with enquires.
• Managing plot sale transactions.
• Legal research.
• Attend meetings to assist other fee earners.
• Manage your own caseload.
• Assist with solicitor with file management.
• Other ad-hoc Paralegal duties.

The ideal Paralegal:

• Ideally has completed/is in the process of completing their LPC.
• Has secured at least a 2:1 in LLB/GDL.
• Must have plot sales experience.
• Have a genuine interest in working in the Property sector.
• Has experience as a Paralegal working in a Commercial Property department.
• Experience drafting, preparing statements for fee-earners.
• Can work comfortably to deadlines with limited supervision.
• Can prioritise their workloads and manage many priorities at once.
• Be able to display good commercial awareness.
