Our client, a global law firm in the City, has a requirement for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Manager and working alongside 2 other L&D Managers, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of business skills programmes to employees and clients.
You will be an experienced trainer with strong academics, ideally from another law firm or other professional services environment. The key to this role is an ability to confidently deliver courses to a broad range of clients and to engage your audience, as well as manage and develop key stakeholder relationships.
You will also be required to travel abroad approximately every 2 months so flexibility is essential. Salary is c.£60k. Superb range of benefits.
