You will work as part of a large well established and well supported team.
The role is ideal for an experienced Construction Litigation Associate but you will also have exposure into commercial litigation and arbitration, marine and international trade.
As a Construction Litigation Associate you will also have the chance to travel to the firm's international branches, which is an ideal position for any business development enthusiasts.
The successful Construction Litigation Associate will be expected to be involved in all forms of dispute resolution, preparing pleadings, claim documents, drafting witness statements, liaising with experts and assisting with strategic advice for clients, as well as have experience in providing transactional legal services including advising on forms of construction and engineering contracts and associated documentation.
Essential requirements of the ideal Construction Litigation Associate are;
