Are you an England & Wales certified lawyer with experience in commercial and corporate law? Would you like to join a growing legal team within a global organisation and build experience in the not for profit sector?
I have a brilliant opportunity with a UK organisation specialising in international ventures and projects.
This is a broad-ranging role with a commercial focus and, ideal for someone seeking to build their experience in the not for profit sector.
You will work with the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Advisers to provide legal advice and guidance on new programmes and projects across all Strategic Business Units.
The legal team and wider organisation is filled with people that really enjoy the difference they make, with varied projects that have cultural significance around the world and have positive repercussions in the UK.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be a Solicitor qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with 4-5 years' PQE
- Have experience in commercial and corporate law
- Have knowledge of international and cross-border transactions
- Want to start forging a career in the charity and not for profit sector
