This is something a little different, but is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE who is looking to establish themselves and handle top quality work. My client is looking to grow the department, so this is a really exciting time to join the team, working in brand new modern offices in Newcastle City Centre.

The Role:

The firm specialises in innovative but practical tax solutions and is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor who can contribute to the continued and ambitious plans for future growth. Based in the Newcastle office, you will operate nationally.

You will be required to work on behalf of both new and existing clients, which will include creating bespoke strategies and ideas to manage this growing area.

You will advise on inheritance and capital gains tax issues, whilst ensuring the advice takes account of legislative changes.

The Candidate:

The firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE with broad experience in all aspects of Private Client matters including Tax and Trusts law.

Those who are STEP qualified, or working towards STEP qualification will be at an advantage, however this is something that the firm will fully support you to work towards after a year of service.

This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing firm of Chartered Accountants with a national emphasis.

You must be very ambitious, possess superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers. Articulate and ambitious, you must have a tenacious and self-motivated approach and the ability to inspire and thrive in a fast-paced target-focused environment.
