HR Business Partner.
Our client an international law firm with a fabulous work life balance, enviable culture and truly great reputation is looking to recruit a HR business partner to look after the business services function in their award winning HR department.
This is a varied role working as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Acting as business partner to all non-fee earning groups you will be responsible for ensuring effective advice, aligned with firm best practice is communicated. You must be comfortable liaising with all levels of the business, ensure diplomacy and are able to remain professional across an array of ER issues, you must take the lead of resolving complex ER issues so experience and exposure within this particular area is a must.
