Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for several Childcare Lawyers to join fantastic local authorities based in the Lancashire area, providing good transport links.

The successful Childcare Lawyers will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including but not limited to;

• Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
• Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters

• Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

The ideal candidates for the Childcare Lawyer roles will be available for an initial period of 6 months.
