Paralegal

A Paralegal with experience as an RTA Fee Earner is required to join the successful Personal Injury team of a highly reputable firm in Leeds. This role is offered full-time on a permanent contract. Paying up to £36,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining a dynamic and motivated Personal Injury team, your primary duties as the new Paralegal hire will include:

• Handling your own caseload of up to 250 RTA claims;
• Running litigated files from start to finish; and
• Resolving liability, requesting medical records, arranging examinations and valuing claims.

Required skills and experience

The firm are keen to hear from Paralegal applicants who demonstrate:

• 4+ years of RTA experience;
• Ability to run portal claims from start to finish; and
• Experienced in Part 7 and Part 8 litigation of Civil Procedure Rules.

Paralegals with stage 3 experience are at an advantage.

Salary

The successful Paralegal will be offered an annual salary of £28,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience.
