Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution/Insolvency Lawyers (x2) – Solicitor or Barrister - Major Offshore law firm – British Virgin Islands

This elite offshore law firm is seeking to add strength in depth to its BVI Litigation/Dispute Resolution practice through the addition of two Commercial Litigation lawyers. Joining a small but high-calibre team, you will enjoy front-line exposure to some fantastic work which is likely to span contentious insolvency, banking/financial services and commercial/contractual disputes.

The firm is open minded on levels but you are likely to be in the one to six years’ pqe range. You will be admitted in the UK (solicitor or barrister) with high-value commercial disputes experience gained from a top law firm or chambers. Higher rights will be useful but not essential for the right person.
