Sue Ross Legal are recruiting a Team/Administration Supervisor on behalf of one of Sheffield’s leading firms of Solicitors. 

You will be working within the File Administration department which is responsible for opening new conveyancing client files whilst ensuring the company remains compliant with AML and other regulatory requirements. 

This role has two elements to it and duties will include;

Supervisory Aspects
-    Supervising and overseeing a team of 8 administration staff
-    Monitoring and managing staff performance
-    Conducting one to ones and appraisals 
-    Tracking and ensuring targets and KPIs are met 
-    Monitoring and delegating workloads 

Technical Aspects 
-    Conducting conflict and AML checks for new clients 
-    Ensuring relevant ID is on file for each client including conducting ID checks 
-    Conducting credit checks for conveyancing clients 
-    Identifying and flagging any potential risk to the company 
-    Liaising with internal fee earners to resolve queries 
-    Inputting information onto and updating case management systems 

This role is of a repetitive nature and would suit someone who has experience of working methodically and in line with set processes.  You should have excellent attention to detail standards and be able to work to set deadlines.
