HOME BASED - Full Time (some part time day time options also considered)

£20,000 - £30,000

Technical Conveyancing Specialist - NO CASELOAD

A national specialist conveyancing firm are looking for experienced conveyancers to join their team on a remote, homeworking basis. You will have detailed experience of conveyancing which will enable you to respond to technical queries and support the team effectively.

The Role

* Process replies to enquiries raised on sale transactions at speed whilst ensuring that your work is of a high quality
* Utilise your experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing
* Work well within a team
* Work to SLA and individual performance targets
* Act independently when establishing priorities
* Assist the team to ensure targets and SLAs are met.
* Communicate, build and utilise relationships, with clients and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner
* Provide excellent customer service; and
* Assist the team to ensure company targets are met.

People with strong conveyancing experience, not wanting to handle a caseload of their own would be ideally suited for this role.
