In conjunction with its traditional employed solicitor/partner model this firm also has a blended consultancy operation that recognises and rewards those fee earners looking to move away from the toil and subjugation of a rigid chargeable hours regime and regain their autonomy.

The managing partner of this law firm understands the motivations behind becoming self employed and has implemented a structure whereby you could take home up to 80% of your own billed and received work plus a generous referral bonus and other incentives.

The partners believe it's paramount for all consultants to feel part of and be integrated into the firm (if so desired) and therefore offer access to the firm's employed back office staff and solicitors and extend open invitations to networking events and corporate/employee events.
