The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Paralegal to join their thriving Commercial Law practice in Birmingham.

The Commercial team handle a wide range of deals, including private equity and venture capital, wit many of their company sales/company acquisitions exceeding £10 million in value. They also have extremely well recognised expertise in IT outsourcing and technological advancements.

You will have a hands on role, supporting some of the best known Commercial Solicitors and Partners in the region. Your work will include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting legal advisors, assisting with the drafting of legal terms and conditions, across contracts, outsourcing projects, production, marketing, selling, infrastructure, and more,
