Costs Draftsman
Our client is seeking a Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer to work with both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases.
Must have the ability to deal with Drafting Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets, Costs Negotiations and Points of Reply are required.
Ideal Draftsman will be able to use Costs Master and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills plus handling the full costs process to Detailed Assessment.
Advocacy skills are not necessary
