Legal Counsel - Professional Services

Global professional services company is seeking a Legal Counsel on a 12 month fixed term contract based out of their London office. This role is working in a fast paced team environment, offering a varied workload and potential for long term career opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

- supporting with a new company acquisition, reviewing and integrating contracts

- providing GDPR advice to the business

- updating company policies and procedures

- general legal support including dispute resolution and employment advice

- instructing external counsel when required

- working with international offices on company initiatives

You will be 3+ years PQE, preferably trained in a reputable firm with demonstrated experience either in-house or within private practice in a relevant role. You will have strong contract review and drafting skills and be able to work effectively within a busy, global team.
