Employment Solicitor. BCL are working alongside a well regarded boutique firm who are based in Oxford with the employment of an NQ-3 years' PQE Employment Solicitor. The is an exciting opportunity to work within a great firm who focus predominantly on respondent work.

The Role:

· The role will suit a recently qualified to three PQE solicitor who specialises in employment law, undertaking a varied and quality caseload.
· The client list includes plcs, mid-tier and SME businesses

Candidate Requirements:

· NQ- 3 years' PQE solicitor.
· The employment solicitor much have excellent communication skills, a client focus and an interest in defendant work is a must.
· Applications are sought from employment solicitors who have experience of both contentious and non-contentious work, although the work will predominantly be contentious.
