Construction Solicitor (Contentious) - 5 yrs +

I am working with a full service, commercial Firm in the North East who are looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their department.

The Firm are well known in the region and highly competitive having a strong reputation for dealing with complex and quality work.

With over 200 members of staff and 100 lawyers advising in multiple legal areas, they are a large part of the North East legal landscape.

This is a contentious role and the right candidate should have experience dealing with construction, engineering, and energy disputes dealing with adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. You should also have good experience of NEC, FIDIC, and JCT contracts.

This is a more senior role and as such the right candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and experience of carrying their own complex caseload. This with possible work to bring and/or excellent contacts would be of particular interest too.
